Avanti believes that all patients should have access to our laboratory testing services regardless of income.
Eligible patients with a commercial insurance program that is not contracted with Avanti Laboratories may benefit from the APATH Program. Avanti’s Patient Access to Health (APATH) is our way to guarantee access to our tests regardless of insurance coverage or financial need. Avanti limits the out-of-pocket expense via the APATH to $150 if approved.
After receiving an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier, you may receive an invoice from Avanti. Included will be an application for the APATH Program. You can then return the application with proof of income and an amended invoice will be sent once the application is approved.
